-Your site may not contain a lot of ads and popups. having ads is fine unless it takes up most of your page.
-If your site has been dormant for more than 2 months, whether on hiatus or revamp, and you haven't notified me of the
situation, I will remove you. My link must remain up while on hiatus/revamp. BRB (for less than a day) and layout changes
without a link are fine.
